If The Dark Knight Rises, will The Scarecrow return?

Cillian may be reprising his role as Dr. Jonathan Crane, a.k.a. The Scarecrow, in The Dark Knight Rises, Christopher Nolan's next Batman movie. This item from What Culture! hints big that the rumor is true, and MovieWeb.com hints even harder that Cillian was spotted on the DKR set in a scene described on WorstPreviews.com. As Cillian is in Christopher Nolan's stable of favorite actors (along with Dark Knight co-star Thomas Hardy—the man has great taste), we're hoping for a little more Crane action!

Thanks for the info, Amber!

Awesome!
Scarecrow is my favorite Batman villain and I loved him being in Begins (especially after I discoverd Cillian) but kinda disappointed that he played a minor role.
It's very logical for him to come back, it'd be a waste of space having him on Dark Knight just be caught by the Bat if they could have showed that at the end of Begins. Now with that Bane story things are making sense *so we hope*.

Wow, Batman rant is finished haha bring back Murphy! :D
