Footage from a Cillian film that was never finished

I just made a startling discovery on YouTube: footage of Cillian in the aborted 2004 movie Red Light Runners, which also starred Michael Madsen, Harvey Keitel, Roy Scheider, Crispin Glover, and Tricky. Check it out:
