Perrier's Bounty, starring Cillian, to begin filming

In June 2007, we reported that Cillian was poised to star in the Irish drama Perrier's Bounty. Today, IFTN features an interview with Bounty's director, Ian Fitzgibbon, who confirms the casting.

[W]e are four weeks away from shooting Perrier's Bounty. Cillian Murphy and Jim Broadbent are playing the leads in it and it's shooting in Dublin and London.

Early this year, we blogged that James McAvoy and wife Anne-Marie Duff were also in negotiations to appear in the film. However, McAvoy has since stated that he is no longer involved in the project, but that he "cannot speak for his wife."

Cant believe Cillian is even getting more noticed. And its nice that he works again on an irish work, cause I think he would feel happy, knowing he can be on the place he belongs. Love him and wish him luck everywhere he goes. BLESS U CILLY!!!! LOVE U FROM PUERTO RICO!
