If his scenes are all like this, elbow and nees(or whatever is writen) is cause he respect his wife, and family. Im learning acting, and I think respect and a little privacy its important too. I know he will be full naked for Hippie Hippie Shake, but I know he does it profesionaly. And about this sex scene, it doesn't need to look vulgar, needs to look cool and very profesional. His an actor, not a porn star. So, I think he wasnt making this scenes like he wanted too, cause if he takes the risk, is cause he wants to let people know he wants to show a profesional scene not a scene without meaning or passion. And one more thing...he dosnt feel uncomfortable, he just want to show us the true meaning of acting, of the passion within it, why womens think sex is all? Come on! Cillian is a profesional not an American Pie idiot! (no offence here people, just my opinion). LOVE U CILLIAN! U ROCK!

Anyone else notice how passive he seems in intimate scenes? I mean, he's absolutely loveable and charming at pillow talk, but once "the deed" is underway, he just seems to phase out. (I was going to say he just seems to lie there and take it, but-- yeeaah, okay.) The effort the director makes here to keep things ambiguous-- I'm calling it "the kaleidoscope effect" (how many elbows and knees are involved here, anyway?)-- leads me to believe that Cillian is quite uncomfortable with intimate scenes. (We saw the same type of effect in "Watching the Detectives"; the Capa/Cassie love scene was cut from "Sunshine" ostensibly because it didn't advance the story, but since when DO such scenes advance the story--? Odd excuse. I personally believe that when Cillian's passivity met Rose Byrne's aggression (she really seems to throw herself into onscreen intimacy), things got weird. Or sniggery, at least for the crew.) If that's the case-- if he's uncomfortable, if he's looking uncommitted because he's thinking of what his wife or family would think, whatever-- I'm all for discreet fadeouts. Anyone else...?

Well..hot cause Cillian has a beautiful body, and I cant denie it. About Keira's topless...my brother and I agree on one thing...put the top on Keira...she looks like a man! (If u know what I mean)But well...she was lucky to kiss Cillian and have a hot scene with him. A very profesional scene..sensual but very well worked. Its a lovely scene.
