Detectives kicks off the Tribeca Drive-in

If you're in New York City, you'll have another chance to catch Watching the Detectives next week at the Tribeca Drive-In at Rockefeller Center. Cillian's film noir romp is kicking off the 4th year of this series on 19 June:

Each pic will screen on a 30' X 50' screen erected in front of 30 Rockefeller Plaza. Dodge Cars will line the Channel Gardens off 5th Avenue where select visitors will watch films from new model cars.

Super Powers, the winner of the Tribeca Film Festival's Special Jury Prize for Best Narrative, will show before the feature. The festival runs for four days (19–22 June) and all films are free (popcorn extra). For more information, visit the Rockefeller Center's events page on their website.

It can be a pairing that never was (Red Eye's Lisa and Jackson seem to be a pretty popular pair) or one of the romances brought to screen like Sinead and Damien in The Wind That Shakes the Barley. ...does anyone know where can i watch "watching the detectives"? im dying to see the movie, and i guess it's become a problem cause currently i live in indonesia! anyone got better suggestion for me? please...

They do look fun, Dayu. I'm really looking forward to seeing them whenever the movie is <i>finally</i> released here.
