Talking to himself? Cillian on Edge

We've just added eight new photographs to our gallery for The Edge of Love. From glaring at the photographer to talking to himself using some pretty expressive hand gestures (we do hope he's rehearsing lines!), these offer a very funny glimpse at Cillian on the job.

A "bounty-ful" season for Cillian fans? Perrier's Bounty lined up for possible spring 2008 shooting

Despite saying he only wanted to do one film a year, it looks like Cillian's fans might not have too long of a wait between releases. After The Edge of Love we can look forward to Hippie Hippie Shake, set to begin filming this autumn. And now it looks like a new film has been pencilled into his calendar for spring. Intandem, the sales agent for Perrier's Bounty, just announced that "Cillian Murphy is poised to star" in this small-budget (US$9.4 million) Irish indie.

Keep in mind that "poised" is not the same thing as "signed" so this is not a definite deal yet.

Although Perrier's Bounty has been in the works for a few years now, there's not a lot available about the plot at this point. Not even the genre is certain: Intandem is calling it a "dark comedy," Hollywood Reporter calls it an "Irish drama," and Variety goes one step further, placing it as a "Dublin drama."

A Dublin-based dark comedy is probably a safe guess, considering that the script is by Mark O'Rowe (Intermission) and Dubliner Ian Fitzgibbon (Showbands) is set to direct. The film is being co-produced by Alan Maloney (Parallel Films) and Stephen Woolley (Number 9 Films), who previously collaborated on Breakfast on Pluto and Intermission.

I find that angry look sexy in a pretty dangerous way. I am glad I'm not the pap who took the picture.

I can see that he's glaring at the photographer..
he's probably embarrass or something, of course, the photographer caught him talking with his hand. lol
what a strange guy.

as with everyone else im sure those photos of him doing very odd things with his hands cracked me up:)cillian is so strange and wonderful.

He does have an intense angry look, doesn't he? Like he's channeling so much fierceness all at one point. It wouldn't be fun to be on the receiving end of it -- I wonder if the photographer was shaking.

This pics just made my day. I think he is rehearsin lines or he could be talkin with the baldie guy on the floor. And I no longer feel guilty over seen the onset pics... even if it apparently doesn't make him happy at all. In fact that angry look makes me hot ;) Thanks for the update guys, and also thanks to punctuator for the links!

He really doesn't like having his photo taken by paparazzi does he? He's glowering up a storm in those shots!

He looks adorable nonetheless though! ;)
