New Edge photos + Detectives poster + Barley DVD release

New photos from Edge and gallery upgrade

We've just added some fabulous new pictures of Cillian on set in Wales, along with some better quality images of several photos posted previously. I took this opportunity to reorganize the gallery too, so you'll see the "out of character" shots separate from the "in character" ones.

Visit our gallery to see the whole collection from The Edge of Love.

And although there are no pictures of Cillian (indeed no mention of him at all!) in this Amazing Celebs article, it's worth a look just for the costumes worn by Matthew Rhys and Sienna Miller. I'm really loving the look of this period piece!

New Detectives poster

Peace Arch Entertainment, the distributor for Watching the Detectives, just released a new promotional poster that you can see in our gallery.

Barley's DVD release

Amazon.com just announced that The Wind That Shakes the Barley is available for pre-order for a 24 July release, and IMDb confirms this as the release date for the region 1 DVD (works in American, Canadian, and a few other areas' DVD players). So if you're in North America and you weren't able to catch Barley in the theatres, it will finally be available for purchase (or renting) from the store of your choice very soon!

Huge thanks to Jen for the photographs!

I was lucky enough for my parents to be living in the Uk and i've already got my hands on The Wind that Shakes the Barley on dvd (and my mum wanted to watch it with me!).

Wow in that one new photo of him on set he looks ANGRY! And compared to the guy standing behind him, really small.
