Synopsis:
Not to be confused with John Carney's 2009 version, this 2003 film was such a low-budget affair that producer Ed Guiney deemed it "a glorified read-though on video," and it barely saw the light of day. The plot revolves around the title character, an escapee from prison, fooling a whole Irish village into thinking he's a visitor from outer space. Cillian Murphy plays villager Guy Hendrickson.
Cast also includes Simon Delaney and Antony Conaty.
